Hereinafter, the management company shall be referred to interchangeably as CASA TORNO or TORNO LIVING, S.L.
Official Consumer Complaint Forms issued by the Regional Government of Andalusia are available to guests in accordance with applicable legislation.
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between TORNO LIVING, S.L. and any person making a reservation at any CASA TORNO accommodation, whether through the official website, online travel agencies (OTAs), or any other authorized booking channel.
Their purpose is to establish the rights and obligations of both parties throughout the reservation process, the stay, and the use of the facilities.
These Terms form an integral part of the accommodation contract and shall apply throughout the entire stay.
During their stay, CASA TORNO provides guests with a range of services typical of a professionally managed tourist accommodation establishment, designed to ensure a comfortable, safe and high-quality stay.
As part of the accommodation service, CASA TORNO offers, among others, the following:
The services described above form part of CASA TORNO’s standard accommodation offering and may be adapted, expanded or updated for operational, technical, organisational or safety reasons, or in order to improve the quality of the service, provided that such changes do not substantially reduce the services included in the reservation.
By making a reservation, the lead guest declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.
The lead guest further declares that they are acting on their own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of all other occupants included in the reservation, accepting responsibility for ensuring that all guests comply with these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall remain permanently available on CASA TORNO’s official website and may also be provided in electronic or printed form upon request.
Reservations may be made through any of the following channels:
All reservations are subject to availability and shall only be deemed confirmed once the guest has received a confirmation from CASA TORNO or from the booking platform through which the reservation was made.
CASA TORNO may require full or partial payment of the accommodation price and may also request a security deposit in accordance with the conditions displayed during the booking process.
All guests must present a valid government-issued identity document or passport before or during the check-in process, in accordance with Spanish legislation governing the registration of travelers.
CASA TORNO reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation if the required documentation is not provided or if the information supplied is inaccurate, incomplete, or false.
The lead guest is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for ensuring that all occupants have been properly registered.
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years of age, except in the case of family bookings where minors are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
CASA TORNO may request documentation to verify the age of the lead guest at any time before or during the stay.
Each accommodation has a maximum authorized occupancy, which must be respected at all times.
No persons other than those included in the reservation may stay in the accommodation, nor may the maximum occupancy established for each apartment be exceeded.
Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund, as well as the application of any charges provided for in these General Terms and Conditions.
Standard check-in begins at 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Standard check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance by CASA TORNO.
Remaining in the accommodation beyond the agreed check-out time without prior authorization may result in additional charges.
Access to the accommodations is provided through electronic entry systems using individual PIN codes.
The access codes provided are personal, temporary, and non-transferable.
The lead guest is responsible for any use made of these access codes by occupants or authorized third parties.
Sharing access codes with persons who are not registered as guests is strictly prohibited.
In the event of lost access devices, tampering with locks, or any action compromising the security of the building, CASA TORNO may take any measures necessary to protect the property and its guests, charging the responsible party for any resulting costs where applicable.
Only guests who have been duly registered during the check-in process are permitted to enter or remain in the accommodation.
Visitors or external guests are not permitted unless prior written authorization has been expressly granted by CASA TORNO.
CASA TORNO reserves the right to request identification from any person present on the premises at any time.
CASA TORNO has been designed as a place for rest, relaxation, and respect for the historic surroundings in which it is located.
Guests shall use the facilities with due care and shall conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards neighbors, other guests, and staff at all times.
Any behavior likely to cause disturbance, damage, inconvenience, or safety risks must be avoided.
To ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors, quiet hours are observed daily between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
During this period, guests must avoid loud conversations, music, televisions at excessive volume, shouting, gatherings in common areas, or any other activity that may disturb others.
Repeated failure to observe quiet hours may result in the early termination of the stay.
Parties, bachelor or bachelorette celebrations, events, large gatherings, or any activity incompatible with the peaceful and residential nature of the property are strictly prohibited.
CASA TORNO reserves the right to refuse admission or cancel a reservation if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the booking has been made for any such purpose.
Any activity that violates applicable law is strictly prohibited.
In particular, guests may not:
CASA TORNO reserves the right to report any conduct that may constitute a criminal or administrative offense to the competent law enforcement authorities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all apartments and in all indoor common areas of the building.
This prohibition includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaping devices, and any other smoking or inhalation devices.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in a minimum charge of €250, without prejudice to CASA TORNO’s right to recover the full amount of any damages incurred, including specialized cleaning, odor removal, and loss of income resulting from the temporary inability to rent the accommodation.
Pets are not permitted in any accommodation unless expressly authorized in writing by CASA TORNO.
Where permission is granted, specific conditions applicable to the stay may be established.
Guests agree to use the accommodation responsibly and with the care expected of a reasonable occupant.
In particular, guests shall:
Guests shall not alter or interfere with the building’s electrical, plumbing, telecommunications, air-conditioning, or any other technical installations.
Each accommodation includes an inventory of furniture, appliances, household items, equipment, and decorative elements.
Unless otherwise reported within the first twenty-four (24) hours following check-in, the guest acknowledges that the accommodation and its contents have been received in good condition, clean, complete, and in proper working order.
The inventory may be provided in either physical or digital format and shall form part of the accommodation documentation.
The lead guest shall be liable to TORNO LIVING, S.L. for any loss, damage, or deterioration caused during the stay by themselves or by any registered guest or authorized visitor.
This includes, but is not limited to:
TORNO LIVING, S.L. may recover the full cost of repair or replacement of damaged items, together with any reasonably related expenses, including labor, transportation, extraordinary cleaning, and loss of income where the accommodation cannot be rented due to the damage caused.
CASA TORNO may require a security deposit before check-in.
The purpose of the deposit is to guarantee compliance with these General Terms and Conditions and, where applicable, to cover:
The security deposit will be refunded once the accommodation has been inspected and confirmed to be in satisfactory condition.
Any retention of all or part of the deposit shall always be duly justified.
Without prejudice to CASA TORNO’s right to recover the full amount of any actual damages suffered, the following minimum charges may apply:
Where the actual damages exceed the above amounts, CASA TORNO reserves the right to recover the full economic loss incurred.
To ensure the safety of guests, protect the property and its facilities, and prevent vandalism or unlawful activities, CASA TORNO operates a video surveillance system installed exclusively in certain common areas and building entrances.

No cameras record inside the apartments or in bathrooms, bedrooms, or any other areas intended for guests’ privacy.

Recorded images are processed solely for the following purposes:
Recordings shall be retained only for the legally established period and, as a general rule, for a maximum of 30 days, unless they must be preserved due to an ongoing investigation, legal proceedings, or a legal requirement.
Access to recordings is strictly limited to authorized personnel of TORNO LIVING, S.L. and, where legally required, to the competent authorities.
The existence of the video surveillance system is clearly indicated by appropriate signage displayed at the entrances to the building.
By making a reservation and entering the monitored areas, guests acknowledge that they have been informed of the existence of this surveillance system.
Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings throughout their stay.
CASA TORNO and TORNO LIVING, S.L. shall not be liable for the loss, theft, misplacement, or damage of money, jewelry, documents, electronic devices, luggage, or any other personal property brought onto the premises by guests or their companions, except where such loss or damage results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence attributable to the company.
Guests are encouraged to keep doors securely locked and take all reasonable precautions to protect their personal belongings.
Guests must notify CASA TORNO as soon as reasonably possible of any malfunction, damage, abnormal operation, or incident detected during their stay.
Failure to report an issue where such omission results in additional damage may give rise to liability on the part of the guest.
To ensure the safety of the building, respond to emergencies, or carry out essential maintenance work, personnel authorized by CASA TORNO may enter the accommodation whenever strictly necessary.
Whenever circumstances permit, guests will be informed in advance.
In cases of emergency, risk to persons or property, water leaks, fire, serious equipment failure, or reasonable suspicion of a serious breach of these General Terms and Conditions, access may be made without prior notice.
Reservations made directly with CASA TORNO are subject to the cancellation policy in force at the time the reservation is made.
Unless a different cancellation policy is expressly stated during the booking process, the following conditions shall apply:
Reservations made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or similar platforms, shall also be subject to the specific cancellation policies established by the respective platform.
CASA TORNO reserves the right to terminate the accommodation agreement immediately and require guests to leave the property without any refund if any of the following circumstances occur:

In all cases, CASA TORNO’s liability shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable law.
The accommodation is provided exclusively for temporary tourist accommodation purposes.
A reservation does not grant any right to establish permanent residence, register the property as a legal address, create a residential tenancy, claim possession, or acquire any right other than the temporary accommodation expressly contracted.
Personal data provided by guests shall be processed by TORNO LIVING, S.L. for the following purposes:
Personal data shall be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, and all other applicable data protection legislation.

Where a reservation is made through an Online Travel Agency (OTA), including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, or similar platforms, the specific terms and conditions of the relevant booking platform shall also apply.
In the event of any inconsistency between those terms and these General Terms and Conditions, the applicable law shall prevail and, where compatible, the provisions offering the greatest protection for the safety of the establishment, peaceful coexistence, and the proper provision of accommodation services shall take precedence.
TORNO LIVING, S.L. reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to reflect changes in legislation, technical requirements, or the services provided.
Any amendments shall not affect reservations that have already been confirmed unless such changes are required by law.
The version published on CASA TORNO’s official website shall always be the version in force.
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable legislation.
Where the guest qualifies as a consumer, jurisdiction shall lie with the courts determined by the applicable consumer protection legislation.
By making a reservation and accessing the accommodation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Accommodation.
