At Casa Torno, in addition to accommodation, we provide services designed to ensure our guests receive assistance, comfort and support throughout their stay.

Included Services

• Guest assistance throughout your stay, including support and management of any issues that may arise.
• Self check-in, with in-person check-in available upon prior request.
• Periodic cleaning service during the stay for stays of more than 7 nights, provided weekly.
• Change of bed linen and towels during scheduled cleaning services.
• Replenishment of bathroom amenities during scheduled cleaning services.
• Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, upon request.
• Maintenance and technical assistance in the event of faults or issues during the stay.
• Local information and assistance regarding restaurants, transport, activities and other tourist services.

Upon arrival, the apartments also include a starter supply of coffee and products for the dishwasher and washing machine.

The services listed above are included in the accommodation price under the conditions and at the frequency indicated. Guests may request additional cleaning services or additional changes of bed linen and towels, subject to availability and at an additional cost.
